Their second hotel named "Matosri" is in market area

Actuallly I booked this hotel but they shifted me one of their another hotel named "Matosri" where hot water facility not available inside room (they served me hot water from thier kitchen with bucket) , room condition was dirty, water connetction to wc was broken, Cupboard was broken, only one elecrtical plug. Without showing room they took the advance payment & no answers to queries / facilities which was mentoined in Booked.net like wi-fi connection & room facility. I will not recommend anybody to book this hotel. I will request the Booked.net team to do the survey for all this things. At checkout , they have not issued me the hotel bill for what they charged the 14 % tax . Pls do the needful & call me for further feedback or reimburstment if possible. Everything, Location was poor, hard to find it. Rooms were in BAD condition, A staff cleaned Room in front of us. No proper vantilation of Air No Staff lots of NO Will not recommend to anyone.

please donot recomend this hotel it is not worth the service is worst even they donot have proper television it is disgusted

This hotel was (during monsoon) covered with plastic sheets. The promised free internet did not exists, people were friendly, but because of the internet we had to move to another hotel shantis surbhi from the same owner. The beds were damp, but it rained continuously. The Hotel was also extremely hard to find, no signs in town, and people asked, did not know it existed.

Small rooms, not maintained, poor quality of linen, hot water limited to 2 hours in the morning, poor staff behavior and in a remote residential location. Too expensive for what it provides. Please avoid.
